Employers and/or Recruiters benefit from the flexibility of purchasing only the job listing information that meets with their
selection criteria.

qualified job seekers. The Pay Per Job Lead
program permits Employers and/or Recruiters to easily filter through the leads and quickly and easily buy just the information you want.
Features of the Program
- An easy to use service that enables Employers and/or Recruiters to locate and screen Job Seekers
- Credits are used to access the listing or message details of the online Job seekers that are of interest to you.
- Unused credits expire after 90 days of account inactivity.
How it Works
- Register and purchase just the amount of credits you want.
- Once registered, our system will email you relevant
job listings and specific replies to your Employment related listings. These
email messages are collectively referred to as LEADS
- If a specific Lead is of interest to you and you want to contact the job seeker, you use
a specified number of credits to view the sender's contact information
(i.e. name, address, telephone number, etc.) and can contact the sender by web-reply email or directly
by telephone.
- Once your credits are used up, we provide you with a quick and easy way to buy more.
This ensures you continue to receive Leads and don't miss out on valuable business opportunities.
- To ensure success, we suggest that you submit specific detailed Employment Available
listings to the Exchange.
Terms
- All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Activation of Credits
occurs immediately upon receipt of payment in full.
- This service may be purchased at any time with
an easy and secure on-line sign-up / payment system, using your credit card.
